General Information

All of the items listed on this site (and my Facebook Fan Page) are made to order.  This means that unless otherwise stated, they will be created after you have ordered and payment has been received.

All items are created with loving care in my pet-friendly, smoke-free home.

Please note – since all products are handmade with various yarns, every item’s size can vary slightly.  It is also important to remember that item colours may not be exactly as shown due to various monitor output levels, yarn dye lots, and photography lighting. Some yarns, due to covid restrictions are not available or take upwards of 3 mos to arrive. In this case, a suitable substitute will be made and will be verified with you before purchase.

Custom Orders

I love making custom orders!  If there is something you see that you want in a different colour, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Also, if you have something completely different in mind, I can customize and create an item to your liking. Please check on my social media to see if I am accepting custom orders at certain times.

Payments

PayPal or E-transfer are the preferred methods of payment for my handmade items. If you are interested in paying by money orders or cheques please contact me. As a general rule, I only accept these types of payments from individuals that I know.   Please note that payment must clear before I begin your order.

Shipping & Porch Pickups

All items are shipped using Canadian Postal Services during business days.  No items are shipped on holidays or weekends.  I do offer combined shipping for multiple items. Please note, I am not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been sent to Canada Post, it is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of shipping delays due to Covid.

For local customers, porch pickup is always an option.

Refunds and Exchanges

Before shipping your item, I will send you a picture to make sure it is to your liking.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and I will work with you to remedy the issue.   Any item still in new condition can be returned for a full refund minus the shipping costs or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of the crochet patterns, they may NOT be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final.
